Download and install
Which site is the official one?
The only official address for this site is www.quickqonline.com. Every package is served from its download centre, so avoid identically named download portals in search results.
How do I install QuickQ?
Open the download centre and pick your platform. Windows: run the exe. macOS: drag into Applications. Android: install the APK and allow a one-time permission. iOS: install from the App Store. Linux: install the deb, rpm or AppImage. Register with an email address afterwards and sign in.
How large is the package and how long does setup take?
Packages range from 22MB to 35MB depending on platform. Typical hardware finishes deployment in about 30 seconds with no reboot.
Which system versions are supported?
- Windows 10 1909 or newer, Windows 11
- macOS 12 or newer, universal for Apple silicon and Intel
- Android 8.0 or newer
- iOS 15 or newer
- Ubuntu 20.04+ / Debian 11+ / CentOS 8+
Account and devices
How many devices can connect at once?
Up to three devices simultaneously, in any platform combination — for example one laptop and two phones. A fourth login prompts you to disconnect one first.
Do I need to buy again when I change devices?
No. Device slots are dynamic: sign out on the old device and sign in on the new one. Subscriptions bind to the account, never to hardware.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the sign-in page with your registered email. If that mailbox is also unreachable, open a ticket with your subscription details and support will verify ownership.
Routes and connectivity
Which regions do the nodes cover?
More than 10,000 self-built nodes across 184 regions, including North America, Western and Northern Europe, Japan, Korea, South-East Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Oceania and parts of Africa. The in-app region list updates as routes are maintained.
Smart Select or manual route?
Use Smart Select day to day — the client scores entries on latency, loss and congestion. Choose manually only when you need a specific regional exit, such as a region-locked service.
My connection is unstable. How do I diagnose it?
- Switch to another route in the same region to rule out a single node
- Disconnect and test directly to see whether your local link is fluctuating
- Try a different transport protocol — some networks throttle specific ones
- If none of that helps, send support a speed test screenshot with timestamps and we will check route logs
Can it connect automatically at startup?
Yes. Enable Launch at startup and Connect after launch in settings, and allow background execution. On mobile, also exclude the app from battery optimisation.
Subscriptions and billing
What do the plans cost?
9.99 USD monthly, 24.99 USD quarterly and 79.99 USD annually. Features are identical; only the billing period differs. Full comparison on the pricing page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days of a first subscription, provided usage stays within reasonable limits. Renewal periods do not open a new refund window.
How do I stop auto-renewal?
Sign in, open subscription management in your account and switch renewal off. Billing stops at the end of the period and access continues until then.
Privacy and security
Does QuickQ log my activity?
No. The no-logs policy means we do not record the domains or addresses you reach, do not store connection details and do not tie usage to an identity. The privacy policy states this item by item.
Are exit IPs shared or dedicated?
Standard plans use health-checked shared clean exits. If your workflow requires a fixed dedicated exit, open a ticket to discuss it.
