QuickQ Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and QuickQ, covering accounts, subscriptions, acceptable use and the limits of our responsibility. Please read them in full before using the service.

1. Acceptance

Downloading, installing or using a QuickQ client means you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service and uninstall the client.

2. Accounts and security

Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you notice anything unusual, change the password and contact support immediately. Accounts may not be sold, rented or resold.

3. Subscriptions and renewal

Plans are monthly, quarterly and annual with identical features and different billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless switched off in your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Price changes apply only to periods starting after the change.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a first subscription when usage stays within reasonable limits. Refunds return through the original payment channel and timing depends on the processor. Renewal periods do not open a new refund window, and accounts terminated for breaching these terms are not eligible.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Activity that breaks the law where you are or where the server sits.
• Network attacks, scanning, bulk unsolicited mail or other abuse.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.
• Circumventing device limits or distributing shared accounts.

Accounts that breach these rules may be restricted or terminated.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but route maintenance, upstream faults, force majeure and policy changes can cause temporary interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We promise no specific speed or latency figure; real results depend on your local network and hardware.

7. Intellectual property

The client software, website content, trademarks and documentation belong to QuickQ and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive licence to install and run the client for personal use while your subscription is active. Decompilation, redistribution and resale are not included.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQ is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the event.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate service without prior notice for serious breaches of these terms. Provisions on intellectual property and liability survive termination.
