QuickQ Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains what QuickQ collects while providing network acceleration, how that data is used and retained, and which rights you can exercise.
1. Scope
This policy covers the www.quickqonline.com website and the QuickQ clients published for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux. Unofficial builds obtained elsewhere are not covered.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the service needs:
- Account data: your registration email and irreversibly processed sign-in credentials.
- Subscription data: plan type, start and end dates, renewal state. Payments are handled by a third-party processor and we never receive full card numbers.
- Device and version data: operating system type and client version, used for compatibility and updates.
- Aggregated diagnostics: node-level latency and availability statistics that point to no individual.
3. The no-logs principle
We do not record the domains, addresses, request contents or browsing history you reach; we do not store connection details that can be linked to a person; and we do not build behavioural profiles for advertising. Transient forwarding state on a node exists in memory only and disappears when the session ends.
4. How data is used
- Creating and maintaining accounts, validating subscriptions and device slots.
- Handling support tickets and investigating reproducible faults.
- Distributing client updates per platform and version.
- Aggregating metrics to plan capacity and assess route quality.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. Retention
Account and subscription records persist while the account exists. After closure they are deleted within 30 days, except transaction evidence we must keep by law. Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months. Aggregated metrics contain no personal data and may be retained indefinitely.
6. Third-party processors
We use third parties only where necessary: a payment processor for subscription charges, an email provider for account and subscription notices, and a content delivery network for package distribution. Each receives only the data needed for its task.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of account data, export your subscription records, or close your account. Submit requests through a support ticket; we complete them within 30 days of verifying your identity.
8. Security
Traffic uses modern encryption, credentials are stored only after irreversible processing, and internal access follows least privilege with audit trails. No system is perfectly secure, so please also set a strong unique password.
9. Minors
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; accounts found to belong to minors are removed after verification.
10. Policy updates
Changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page. For material changes we also notify you in the client or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
